Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a TREEZ account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your account is for you and your household. Do not sell or transfer it.

• You can create several viewing profiles. Kids profiles only show titles we have marked as suitable for children, but you remain responsible for what children in your household watch.
• The 18+ Vault contains mature educational content. By confirming your date of birth, you confirm you are 18 or older. Do not verify a profile that a minor uses.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream TREEZ content for your own private, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to:

• download, record, copy or redistribute content, except where TREEZ allows it;
• get around the technology we use to protect content or limit access;
• use TREEZ in public screenings or for any commercial purpose;
• scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access it with automated tools;
• use TREEZ for anything unlawful or to harm others.

TREEZ Originals, Exclusives and the rest of the TREEZ catalogue, along with the TREEZ name, logo and design, belong to TREEZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The catalogue may change over time, and titles may become unavailable.

Live TV channels are provided by third-party broadcasters through YouTube’s official player. We do not control their programming or availability, and channels may be added, changed or removed at any time. Your use of the YouTube player is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

We work to keep TREEZ available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we introduce paid plans, we will explain the price and terms before you are charged.

You can stop using TREEZ at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other members at risk.

TREEZ is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of TREEZ. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date, and tell you about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use TREEZ after that means you accept the updated terms.
